At Green Point Medical Centre, all GP consultations are bulk billed for our patients who hold a valid Medicare card.
However, some GP services are privately billed and will incur an out-of-pocket fee which includes Skin Procedures, Implanon removal, Implanon insertion only, Mirena removal, WorkCover consultations (short and long), ECG (Electrocardiogram), Spirometry, pregnancy tests, ear microsuction, and all other procedures. Please contact our reception team for pricing details or further information.
Cancellation Fees:-
We understand that unplanned issues can arise, and you may need to cancel an appointment. Should this occur, we respectfully ask that the scheduled appointments be cancelled at least 4 hours in advance.
A no show/cancellation fee of $50 may apply if your appointment is cancelled with less than 4 hours’ notice.

The 2026 seasonal influenza vaccine is NOW available and you can Book Online above for all patients aged 6 months and over. Both Government funded (free) vaccines and private vaccines are available.

Changes to Telehealth 2025
A telehealth consultation is an over the phone appointment with your Doctor.
Most of our GP's offer phone consultations.
Telehealth GP providers will be required to have an existing and continuous relationship with a patient in order for Telehealth services to be eligible for the Medicare rebate.
All Telehealth will be privately billed unless your GP decides to bulk bill.
Exemptions: children under the age of 12 months or individuals who are experiencing homelessness.

( Please allow a one hour window surrounding your appointment, should your Doctor be running late. It may be useful to make a list of what you need to discuss during your consultation including any medications or referrals you may require. Please ensure that you are in a quiet room for your telehealth consultation )
